3 stars: It was very useful until the crime overlay was removed. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I found that feature useful, even if it just gave me a general sense and did not substitute looking into a city's or town's crime stats via other avenues. The ability to select certain filters is helpful, although not accurate all the time. You can save filter selections.
3 stars: In general its a great app. Easy to use, share favorites and compare properties. I wish there was a way to eliminate apartment and condo communities in the rental search and just see properties offered by private owners and smaller rental companies but that's probably just me. 3 stars: Ya know, realtor is honestly a great app for the data it provides, pictures, filters, etc... The only thing I don't like is that even though I turned off ALL push notifications that I could find, I STILL get notifications on an almost daily basis about new properties. Just stop already.
5 stars: so far, I tend to use realtor for most searches because it allows you to skip pending listings and 55+ community. I wish it had a way to differentiate between mobile home on land vs in a park. yes you can limit the lot size, but miss a few places due to the 2000sqft lot minimum.
