4 stars: This is indeed a very useful app for monitoring and resolving consumer complaints. The last update is also very nice. Only one minor improvisation is required. Gang leader should get a complaint message as soon as complaint is assigned to them.
4 stars: Good app just need more funtion like show all dc consumer information, calculated bill by consumption of consumer for in field officer and learning video how to billing like spot billing,mannual billing ,how to resolve never billed and unbilled consumer etc overall good work
