4 stars: App does need some work, but over all it is reliable and I have never had issues with Uber Support (yes, there's a wait, but unlike the other company there is a phone number and a live person when you get through). The app updates and reroutes on road closures. They need to update some road names and change the AI voice so it sounds more human and not so robotic.
3 stars: Sometimes it glitches with the speed limit.. but the main problem I'm having with it has to do with the trip counter. If we're supposed to do x amount of rides out of ten to see upfront details then why does the counter lie? I've purposely accepted every trip and it doesn't change, but when I decline one it moves immediately. Is it a fluke with the app or a trick to get us to comply..?
3 stars: I completed my ride today around 10:30am, but in the app it won't allow me to complete the ride, I have called and talk to the support team over six times today regarding this matter, it's 9:46 pm and in the app it's still showing that I'm still on this ride. I just need to complete this ride and no one at technical support is able to help me.
4 stars: I had a Walmart order, and I had no idea my screen was still on, and on my way INTO Walmart the order canceled on my part because of my fingers pressed against screen as I am walking, I have said this before and I'll say it again there needs to be at least 60 to 90 second Grace Period to get in contact with Uber Supoort to request the order again. <...
