4 stars: I love Duo, the video is always really clear and rich and the voice as well. The only reason I took a star off is because although I have great connection the voice sometimes skips, if Google can get that sorted out, it'd be perfect. It's very easy to use when placing and receiving calls. I in fact prefer it over whatsapp and zoom. To me Duo is pretty much up there with FaceTime.
5 stars: Excellent quality video chat, always my preferred contact method. The best for sound quality on a video call, I have trouble understanding what people are saying in other apps, no matter the manufacturer, but Duo is clear on video calls. I also love that I can video call without touching the phone whilst operating a vehicle, I don't need to see the person the other end, but the sound quality is so clear that this is my preferred method.

4 stars: The Google Duo app is great. For someone who doesn't have a phone service it is a helpful tool when contacting friends and family. The only issue I've personally had is video quality and a smoother transition from both phone camera's. There is just a lack of camera focus after the transition.
