5 stars: One of the best phone provider app in Indonesia. Simple, effective, easy on the eyes, and lots of bonuses for long time customer. Had no trouble so far.

3 stars: Ok, but the design is too 'noisy'. Will be much better if the developer can make the design simpler with less colours and let users to use English on the app. Also, I find the network is not good enough though it is in the city area.

4 stars: App works, promos is scattered here and there but they're no cheaper than those that you saw on *123#. Unlike any user here, i rarely get an error by server, and even if it did, a simple restart is all it takes. Very useful especially the specialized BOOSTER, but otherwise u might get a cheaper one in the normal, Call-based *123#.
3 stars: here I have bought an unlimited internet package. but somehow when I used it, my credit was used up. used not to pay for the unlimited internet package but to access the data. but still this application is very useful and very practical. the more it is better to use this application.
