3 stars: I would rate you at a 5 but with the way the app keeps changing some things are more difficult. Plus when the driver is just 1-3 minutes away all of a sudden you're looking for another driver. Today it took 3 or 4x to get driver that picked us up and it took over an hour. I have liked all the drivers except for one so that's good. I hope whatever is causing drivers to be rerouted or whatever gets fixed soon.
4 stars: Can you please update GPS the drivers use to Google instead of the outdated GPS from the Sanitation Department. Drivers do weird and unnecessary routes to and from destinations every morning. Also would be nice to get a driver in the area rather wait for someone from out of town, especially when I'm trying to get to work on time in the morning. Other than that app is great. Just need to update the GPS. Please :)
3 stars: Unreliable due to poor availability. The Wait \u0026 Save option is very unreliable. You're not guarantee to be picked up in the given timeframe, and you might even be assigned a ride after the time-frame has passed \u0026 you might have to wait 25 minutes for pickup, if you're unlucky. So don't choose the 'Wait \u0026 save' option because Lyft clearly doesn't have a good logistics system.
