5 stars: Overall I think this app is great and covers most of my needs. The only thing I dislike is that the government weather alert notices never have a start and end date or time attached to them so I don't know how long I should be aware of the alerts. I know that these alerts have a time period attached to them, but it is not shown in this app. Every other weather app I have used specifies the alert time period.

3 stars: Very good replacement for dark sky. Only downside I've ran across is the next hours screen that has the precipitation graph will disappear when there's rain out, kinda defeats the purpose. I've resorted to use another app to fulfill that function to determine when the rain will stop or start. Update - the next hour precipitation graph is there and then gone with each update.
