5 stars: Amazing. Gave 1 false 17 minute delay notif en-route. Must have got stuck on a curb. I was about to go out on an errand with the extra time but I spotted the rover moving. When that happens a second notification should come through with the updated eta.
5 stars: We tried out Starship delivery today on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S.A. It was a great experience! The app was easy to use, the robot found its way to us without issue (despite there being a lot of construction on campus), and the pizza was hot and tasty. Would definitely use again!
4 stars: Food could be easier to sort through. Still has work to go as far as that. Also, I waited over an hour before they even started preparing my food. There should be some kind of wait line that estimates my wait time based on my position in line.
5 stars: great service, 2 shops to choose and 30 min. delivery all for £2
3 stars: It worked.... eventually. I had to reboot my phone for it to even accept a location and the app is absolutely terrible. The robot was great but damn, you need to spend money on the app because it is awful.
3 stars: Easy to order... up to date map so you can track your delivery. Very good service. Although now you are forcing me to give you access to my location using my data...not impressed as a long time customer.
