4 stars: Excellent and professional service. I had given 5 stars earlier however there is a serious problem with address. The app doesn't allow users to input the address. It automatically detected an address which is not accurate. Due to this the service professionals find it difficult to reach correct house. Please allow users to enter the correct address.
3 stars: There seems to be a bug in the app.After selecting a package and adding it to a cart, there is no option to go to a cart. Tried doing this on two different mobiles and had the same experience. Then tried booking individual services n that worked, but had to pay extra. Kindly check this issue.
5 stars: Really Good. Today I took 3 different services from Urban clap. And was surprised with the way it was done. Directly to the issue, not beating around the bush. Precise and proper service. And definitely right price, Transparent and honest. Highly recommended App for Home needs. Let's just hope they maintain the same in the long run.
4 stars: Excellent services offered. Only drawback is the language barrier. As I reside in Hyderabad, it becomes difficult to communicate when you don't know the local language. Guess language selection option can be provided in the app.
