3 stars: Great way to get around if you prefer a rude with seatbelts. GPS doesn't always work right and taxi drivers often go to the wrong location. Also, the car that shows up is NEVER the car that they say is coming. Drivers always quite pleasant. Some cars are in slightly questionable condition.
4 stars: Needs a function to let me manage my favourite addresses and pick up instructions and set these as my favourites. Google is not always correct and roads can be closed, especially in outlying areas of the city. So a function to allow us set manual addresses and directions for the driver would be great and really useful.
4 stars: I used to love this app, specially when they offer the order anything on their ride options which is very convinient for me since I don't have to go out and risk myself and my baby to covid. But now for some reason it is removed from the app. I cannot access it. And I am back to hassling around Doha to buy the things we need. And you cannot access the support unless you have problem with your ride which I usually don't.
3 stars: There is not enough info in history, just shows amount, as before it was showing full details of ride like (ride distance, captain name and vehicle number, total amount paid, rate captain and lost items)... You placed this option in help, why would someone search history in help? Place this in profile or somewhere on single click.
