3 stars: Overall, JDID is good until i contacted their customer service to ask my incomplete order from the vendor few months ago. I dissapointed that JDID did not response my query nor give any feedback for further action. In addition, this apps does not have 'refund' button if you received incomplete gooda from your order.
5 stars: Better than the others 😉 Keep it up For the apps it's getting worse compared to 1st time I installed this. The apps keeps on telling me 'check your connection' that's why it is frustrating me. The services is really good though. Please do some improvements on the apps and keep up the good work in services. Hope u can be better next year and the years after.
5 stars: One of my fav e-commerce, the product is original ( of course if you buy it on Official Shop). The price can be cheaper than in offline shop especially on a promotion. No need to worry with expensive delivery price!!! Ta! ~
5 stars: Nice app. Bought a few stuff from here with no problem, the pictures and description match the products. I didnt mind the longer shipping time, knowing they came from overseas. Keep up the good work JD.
