4 stars: I love the series as a whole and I enjoy the story of this game. But some of the mechanics need tweaking and I hope that they make some much needed improvements. It honestly feels like every other money hungry gatcha game out there, of course the company does need money too keep the game afloat. Regardless of what I feel about the mechanics themselves, Valkyrie Profile is an amazing, story heavy experience.
3 stars: I've been playing for less than a week, but so far I think it's a cool game. Graphics and story are top notch for a mobile game and it doesn't seem like you need to pay to win. Giving it 3 stars because right now, there are a lot of bugs that tend to freeze and end the game.
3 stars: A character log needs to be added so you can read back on what the characters have said. Also the games lag needs to be fixed. Lastly, the menu's writing need to made bigger so it's easier to see.
4 stars: Good gameplay but the game needs to be less time based and just allow certain quests to not take AP. It gets annoying when you play and have to stop and you still aren't strong enough to clear temporary content
5 stars: Fun gameplay, if a bit grindy. Provides decent FTP support it seems. I'd recommend if you enjoy VP games, the combat is largely the same and it features all the characters.
