4 stars: Oftentimes a little confusing with all the features and buttons, sales and whatnot. But after a bit of adjusting, I'm getting used to it somewhat. Discounts and cashbacks can be very luring and convenient due to its collab with OVO. I don't quite appreciate the many notifications especially in the middle of the night. But overall it's a great platform. Payment system is flexible and safe. My favourite online-shopping platform for now :D
5 stars: Great response from tokopedia for my tokopedia play issues. Work like a charm! Now everything is work smoothly! There's only one more issues that the customer service officer doesn't even mention about this. Only saying there is no option for disabling that. But I'll give 5 star rating tho for great response from here! Cheers! 🍻
5 stars: I've always used other apps for online shopping but now i've been using Tokopedia ever since it was announced that BTS was the brand ambassador of it. Love your app, but it just takes time to get used to the complicated features.
3 stars: hello, the google map feature really weird, in first i mark the adress really accurate in the map, and i make transaction, but after i saw the seller send my package i saw there is wrong adress, so i check again my adress setting then i saw its wrong, this is really make me pissed off, im still waiting how my package now, because the courier will confused send my package to my home because the adress and the map is different.
