5 stars: Have used this for quite some time. It is the only user friendly way to change settings in your BMW . Everything that can be changed is changeable. Only advise is to make sure the you have over 12.8 volts available for the entire programming phase. Use a big charger or power supply.
5 stars: Having obtained the Universal adapter for Android. I upgraded to the subscription version. This was a big decision as I am seriously against any subscription service and this one us not cheap! I have had no issues with the app. The service offered when Google did not play ball on the pricing was great! Thus far a very positive experience...
4 stars: App does what it says it does. Much better now after update. No more issues connecting.
5 stars: I have used Carly for BMW for many years from about 2012 and on to the New Version. Along the way, I had a few issues which the software team have remedied. As car technology progresses, the software team have also had to progress. My Pixel 2 is now operating on Android 10 (originally conceived as Android Q), and earlier issues have disappeared.
3 stars: Great app before the redesign, took ages to work out how to get an option to connect to Carly Bluetooth adapter, it's buried deep in the advanced options. It used to be an easy pick on the first page. Functionality is still there, just not easy to set up now.
