5 stars: I haven't grown much but I am only five days in, but let me tell you. This along with other workouts make me feel great. I will do the the other workouts like 30 day abs and arm workout and then do these stretches. I feel so good. Not much height growth yet but I love it.
4 stars: It is possible to increase height, since kyphosis lordosis and scoliosis push the back downwards sideways and in front, it reduces your height, what this up does is strengthen back muscles to pull the spine in its nature Place INCREASING YOUR HEIGHT, its not gonna do it over night, it will take 3 months, maybe more if the problem is severe.
