5 stars: Love shopping with Sephora app. Always find my favorite products right at the tip of my fingers exactly when I need them. Shipping comes straight to my door. What could be easier.
5 stars: Always great deals and promos, I get tons of free samples Everytime I order so I can try new products out. Love it!
3 stars: The app is somewhat unusable... If I'm looking through things, it will get to a point where it won't show anymore, even though I know there's more. I thought it just happened when I filtered items, but it's all the time. I can't stand it. The Ulta app is so much better.
4 stars: The app loads quickly and makes shopping hassle-free for me. However I've noticed the app doesn't load all merchandise. For example if I'm in the skincare section, I have to list the items by high to low and then low to high in order to view majority of the products. When compared to browsing online via the website, I would notice additional items that wasn't list via the app.
