3 stars: hi, I had purchased earlier when kiddopia was not there and buzzle was a separate app. but now since buzzle doesn't exist anymore I'm not able to restore my purchases and whatever I had bought has gone. is there any way I can restore buzzle or I can get only buzzle unlocked in kiddopia as I have already made purchase for that.
4 stars: Hi, i have subscribed for 7 days free trial on 14 dec and cancelled same on 20th dec 2018 (within 7 days) .... however bank account got debit by monthly subscription amount(Rs. 589). Request you to kindly fix same and refund the amount debited.

5 stars: Update - I received an email and they were able to fix the error within 24 hours. My son it now enjoying the app. Mahalo!! I was able to initially download this game for my 3 year old, got on a few times and no longer can 🙄😠 i keep getting a message that there's an error. And I have the yearly subscription. Ugh!
