5 stars: Adulting is about learning to effectively parent yourself. For some of us, these habits were reinforced throughout childhood but for others, like myself, we've had to learn them independently. Fabulous makes that learning challenging yet manageable with many tools and resources to not only help you succeed but understand why they are important, who you are and what you need to do to accomplish your goals and live a more enriched life.
3 stars: When you first use the app its not obvious that you dont have to do a trial or membership, It took awhile but support eventaully replied to my request and im using the app now. I am starting with very small steps and working up to the big stuff.
4 stars: This app is amazing as it lets me keep track of ny habits and do them too. there are also no ads, even in the free version which is why i would recommend this app to anyone who wants to keep doing good habits and get rid of bad ones. however, the animations on youtube are okay but could be better. all in all i give this 4 stars. also try to get more people to download your 30 day meditation app.
5 stars: I've used the app for a week so far and love the structure it provides so I can focus on the most important part - habit doing -taking action. It's also nice to know they are presenting a scientifically proven path to behaviour change. I surprisingly have a lot less resistance to forming new habits through the app. It's been fun!
