3 stars: I've been using Trainline for a long time and I really like them, but unfortunately there is a flaw with the app that prevents me purchasing tickets on there. Essentially the purchase links always open in Chrome, and there is no way to change this. Because the Default Chrome app is broken on my phone, I can't buy tickets on mobile and have to use my pc. Adding a way to switch the default browser would fix this issue
4 stars: The live times now require you to enter the departure and arrival stations, which is completely unnecessary. Fix it and I will be perfectly happy to give a 5 star rating.

3 stars: Works ok, but it's annoying that I can't have my ticket on the app (I bought it via Trainline because of the app, but it turns out I still have to get a paper ticket at the station). trainline.eu allows in-app tickets.
4 stars: Clean interface to operate. I like the ease with which I can find and make a booking. However, I don't see an option to save my booking if i have not paid for it yet.
5 stars: Excellent service and tickets. Gives info on train, departure/arrival, tickets, times, change of trains.
