4 stars: Focused Inbox feature and Microsoft account contact sync make it exceptional. Can stall at times though. Still a storage hog pretty much. Focused inbox still a good idea but may switch email clients on android devices soon. Much better in general in the last few months. Ads are in the newer Outlook Lite apparently, not in the older main version of Outlook. Good thing!
3 stars: Outlook is a fairly user-friendly app, but ultimately, the account recovery and authentication factors are so poor compared to Gmail. The file organization isn't as clean or as organized as Gmail, but it's pretty good overall. Outlook is one of those apps that would be fine for anyone who hasn't familiarized themselves with a different platform.
2 stars: Functionality of the app is poor. Emails are displayed as conversations but is missing most the conversation. Example. Got email from client asking if i saw the request below and there was no info below because it was missing the last 3 emails in the chain. I had to use my pc to actually see the proper email. This is a pretty large issue
