4 stars: It's a great app but... I find most authenticators are a tad too complex. This one is the most straightforward I have found. However, I do still get times where I'm not sure why it doesn't work 100% Yes. It is likely to me. But very tech savvy but why don't authenticator apps just work the same way for EVERY situation? It probably is 5* but there is just a bit too much complexity.
3 stars: Bug: If you launch the app and don't provide your fingerprint, instead press the back button, you can't exit the app. You get stuck in a never ending loop of the login screen. Pressing the home or task switcher buttons let's you get out, and then you can kill the app by clearing it from the recent app list. This is sad for an app by Microsoft.
3 stars: It's a great app, but for the last few weeks, maybe 2 months, it's been half broken. When I unlock it with my fingerprint, it stays on the lock screen for 5 seconds, then shows a black screen. If I switch to another app and come back to it, I unlock it again and now it works. I tried clearing the cache, deleting all data, reinstalling it... To no avail. Please fix this!
