5 stars: PPSSPP is everything an emulator should be, it has incredible performance even on low-end phones and an extremely simple user interface that a toddler could figure out. To top it all off it is completely ad-free and open source. Whether you are new to emulation or an emulator geek, I cannot recommend this emulator enough.
5 stars: I have quite a few emulators on my phone (Galaxy S8 for the record) and this is by far the best. Plays all of the PSP roms I've tried on it with no issues. Never crashes. There are enough graphical options at my disposal that I can actually make the games look BETTER than if I played them on a real PSP. The user interface is also top notch. Stylistic and easy to navigate.
3 stars: Works amazingly on MOST titles. The problem is with titles like call of duty, medal of honor, or gun showdown the camera does not pan with movement. The psp was only meant to have one joystick that controlled both movement and camera angles but the joystick on this emulator doesn't align the camera with movement.
3 stars: The reason why 3 stars is because my external controller doesn't work properly anymore. I am using xbox series x|s. To be specific, the d pad and analog does not work. Everything else works okay. Tried mapping it, nothing happened. Uninstall and resinstall and still nothing. Hopefully someone can help me here. Great app overall.
