5 stars: Great app, I love it. You can literally use it anywhere. My whole family uses it. (My 2 kids and my wife) You can and each one of their profiles to tour own and we could all send money to each other with ease. Really love it. You can even set up direct deposit. 😊👍Would definitely recommend for others to download and use this app. 10/10 5🌟😃👍
4 stars: I always wondered why cash app doesn't have a pin option to open up the app. I mean there are so much information available, if someone steals my phone without having to bypass any firewalls. They can see all my transactions, personal information, routing/account number without any barriers. Give us a app lock pin capability please. Where I have to use a pin to open my app. Thank you
2 stars: It's a convenient app some of the time. Customer service/support can be helpful & professional. However, it can be the opposite as well. I have had several issues with the app loading some features. When I contacted support, they gave me the site to go online. All the site would allow was me to download the app. So I'm back to square one. When I can't find something in my account & support isn't really helpful, it's frustrating.
