5 stars: Great, convenient app. I like the improvements they've made over the time I've used it, such as, the borrow feature. It'd be easy to overlook this feature, It took me a few minutes to find it. I wish I could connect more than 1 account for funding & withdrawals. It'd be more convenient esp. for people w/side gigs, etc. It's inconvenient that you can't add $ w/Paypal. Paypal doesn't let you add money w/cashapp either.

3 stars: I've used Cashapp for years and no issues. Recently, I am running into an issue when I try to send money to someone where it says it's waiting for me to approve the payment. It takes me to another page and never gives me the option to actually approve the payment, and it also doesn't show up in my recent transactions. Because of it, I can't send money. I followed all steps that chat agent recommended and still having the issue.
