4 stars: I love how effective this app is. I rely on it often! My only issue is that every time it updates(which is often), it reverts my settings choices and removes my shortcut in the app bar. It's way easier to find a song while in another app simply by swiping down and tapping than to close an app, open Shazam, ask it to find a song, then reopen my first app.

2 stars: Have used this app for years and loved it. During the last year I'm having difficulties such as clicking and it not responding until I click multiple times (most times the song exerpt is already over causing me to miss capturing it) and their have been too many songs on movies it cannot capture. Never used to have this problem, please provide an update to fix these bugs
