5 stars: The app is responsive and the camera gives good quality. My reason for only 3 stars is that they made downloading clips very complicated and unfunctional. You're basically just screen recording a recording plus 5 more steps, is this the year 1990? .... Changing my rating from 3 to 5, The update of Sep-Oct '23 solved the issue of downloading clips and now they made it very easy and accessible. TY. :)
3 stars: Disappointing to see the layout of the recent updated version. In the Pan/Tilt section, the preset positions have been moved to the bottom of the screen, and given the screen limitations, you have to scroll through them manually if you have more than 4. I'd personally prefer the option of moving the Patrol link to the bottom and put the presets link back where it was.
2 stars: Picture, set up is great, everything was awesome until recently. My camera keeps going offline, sometimes it comes back sometimes it has to be reset. On top of that I pay for the extra features and I have to manually pay for it every month because it always says my payment was declined despite it being impossible as there is enough funds in my account.
