4 stars: Pretty intuitive and easy to use. Invoice notifications are a bit buggy. If I send a request for money and the person pays me, we both still get a message that the request has expired later on. I'm not sure if it's by design, but we all find it a little confusing. Other than that, it's a great app!
3 stars: The pending thing needs to stop because my account is getting charged twice for the same purchases. This is an ongoing issue for me, and it has been for long enough. It's frustrating because I end up losing more money than I spend.. highly debating on leaving this app.. Edit: I have reached out to your customer service reps before, and they couldn't do anything about it.
2 stars: Apps fine for what it is but I have one huge gripe with it, the card design. If you have like more than 3 stickers or draw to make your own designs you cannot pause and continue later. No turning off your phone, no closing or even leaving the app, you will lose all progress. And this especially sucks because there is no erase tool and you can't import designs or images. Could definitely use many improvements.
2 stars: Consistently used and normally I like the app. Just recently I've not been able to open it at all. I looked for an update and it doesn't show one is needed. I'm getting so frustrated I'm considering deleting the app. Bugs aren't fixed.
