5 stars: Short questionnaires that mostly can be filled in less than 1 minute. You won't get rich by using the app but spending those coins earned on apps in the Play Store is always a handy option. Otherwise, the notification system works miraculous and the UI of the app is intuitive and distraction free, therefore it's as easy to use as it won't need any extra effort or time from user side (just like the forms you're invited to fill). 😊👌
3 stars: Not sure if there has been a change, but I usually spend this on an app each month that pays towards the partial cost, but this month it would not let me and said insufficient funds, meaning I could use my balance for partial payment. Hope this is not a permanent change as it is not good.
3 stars: I used to absolutely love this app. The surveys are only a couple seconds, you always get money for doing a survey. However, I used get several surveys a week and now go months without a survey. There is absolutely no way to contact customer service to see if there is a glitch that I am not getting the surveys. I can't even imagine how frustrating it would be for people whose money disappears, with no way to contact anyone.
