5 stars: A very good application, from which I buy flowers and plants, and the customer service is excellent. They solved my problem in minutes. The application needs only English or several foreign languages, especially to serve customers.
5 stars: Best app for ordering flowers in Turkey. If you say this is a bad app or bad service itis because you did something wrong. I order flowers for my wonderful wife at least once a month and Cicek Sepeti never gets it wrong and always friendly and fast shipping.

3 stars: Its a great app and everything if perfect, except that there is no english Language.. I use it out side turkey to send presents to my Turkish friends and its so difficult to deal with it in Turkish.
