5 stars: Such an amazing app to manage reservations and rates and availabilities. The only thing is that when received a new message from guests and after replying it still appears as a new message. Other than that it's perfect and very responsive.
4 stars: Very useful when you can't get to a computer can be checked multiple times a day! Could do with a better ( more notable) notification if you get a new booking. But overall very useful👍

3 stars: Booking needs to fix for good the problem with loading pages in the app. Since I started using Pulse I get connection errors 20+ times per day and I have to keep retrying or close the app and reopen it. Doesn't matter if it's mobile operator, wifi at home, at work or in a restaurant. Very annoying for work!! And now after an
3 stars: App is decent. Messaging has an issue that confirmed or answered requests and messages still show as unanswered, and cannot be checked as done or answered, resulting in unnecessary reminders like emails and notifications.
2 stars: The layout of this app is not really user friendly. Not sure who they tested this on. How customer service responds with templates it's so annoying like they dont even read what you are asking about.
