5 stars: I love the app and customer service at Mr price. It is highly great. I ordered skin products from the app and on delivery some of them had spilled and had damages. It could have been the delivery company.... First of all thank you for having a toll-free number for queries. I love how quickly you responded and refunded me. I was able to go in store and purchase them again. Big thumbs up!!!!
4 stars: I have three gripes with this app and they have to do with filtering search results and wishlisting. There is no price filter. 🙃 When jumping between viewing products and my search results the filtering seems to
3 stars: It is really lovely having the app, your able to check on past orders and your Mr P Money. It can be a little frustrating at times as sometimes the products advertised actually aren't available and the app itself can be a bit slowly however over time it has improved.
3 stars: Miss the old app where you could swip to the side to go to the next category. There are definatly still a few bugs to fix as the app is slow and sometimes kicks you out.
2 stars: All the app is good for is to search. Order tracking doesn't update. Chat service doesn't work and there is no response. Your cart is only visible when you select an item to buy, you can't easily navigate to it. App is not intuitive or easy to interact with.
