4 stars: The app is very good and convenient to use and a relief from writing on paper logbooks. I personally have not had any of the issues that many people appear to have. However, there's only one thing I can't seem to work out: In the section of the app where you track your progress, there seems to be some extra few things under
3 stars: 🤔 So... Not as horrible as others have said. After entering my new PIN the second time, it automatically enabled biometric which works if you close the App without logging out. My phone is Android 11. Perhaps this helps? If the UI / bugs are killing you, the Vicroads website might serve you better
3 stars: Latest update is annoying at the least. 2FA doesn't seem to be working yet and having to log in every time with e-mail address, password, PIN, confirm PIN is a pain. Either go back to old system until it works properly or just use fingerprint/PIN and tighten security at the back end.
2 stars: I can't log in. My email and password aren't wrong but it thinks they are. And I can't try a new password because all of a sudden it doesn't recognise my email. Other than that it's very useful and handy instead of the book
