4 stars: service is good! i use shipping cart to buy things in USA alone. never disappoints so far out of all my shipments. however the app sometimes loading is too long and often lags, before its ok i dont know what happen. anyway great value!
3 stars: App is pretty slow. Web bases site is quicker to navigate than the actual app. Over all a bit clunky but ok as it's not an everyday app i use.
3 stars: App is unresponsive at times. Please work with your app developer to resolve this issue. Other than that, app is simple and easy to use.
2 stars: Been using this app for a year but I only recently experience it being unresponsive. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same, app is more user-friendly before but now it's taking a long time to load hence I resort to using browser version. Hope they can fix whatever the issue is.
