3 stars: I love the app and have been using it for nearly a year now, but it constantly bugs and lags and crashes. It's so normal to me at this point that I'm actually more shocked when it DOES run smoothly. It's still good for tracking fasts and weight and I'll keep using it, but man is the app buggy.
5 stars: pretty good at the free level on usefulness. looks like the support and education available at the pay level might be worth it for many people. I am a little insulted at the way the promotions are introduced though and they tend to insult your intelligence... but again, 100 for a year is reasonable for most people.
4 stars: Not too bad, just need to be able to adjust your water consumption per drink i.e. in either ounces or ml, that would be handy and more accurate. Glad there are apps for this to help guide. The extra info given through the stages and little articles is also very nice and useful!
4 stars: Great notifications and UI, some Android widgets would push it to 5 stars for me. One for quick water tracking and one for fast daily progress at the least.
5 stars: I like how this app tracks your fasting time and the app also has great info about fasting and how your body is working during a fasting period!
3 stars: needs integration with fitbit. step count should be editable in lieu of integration so actual counts can be entered.
3 stars: It's a good app to get started but after a year it's really annoying. It hounds you to try their Podcas...
