4 stars: Had a terrible experience with this app. Started a group ride, suddenly I had no indication that my scooter was on so I had no way to end the ride. Got charged a lot for time that I didn't even use the scooter for. They don't even have live chat support that you can use to quickly resolve issues like this. Come on, you have the resources, make the service at least decent. edit: I got a refund on my account
3 stars: the first three times the damn thing did not ride because it was not charged but find I got a ride today and that sucker was fun to ride , maybe a little dangerous if you get the groceries and they get hung up on the brake pedal be careful! when you first take off because that thing is rear wheel drive and you will go up in the air possibly . once getting the hang of it it was it was more than fun made me feel like I was 20 again LOL
4 stars: fun and convenient. Be careful, BIRD WILL charge you a ton of hold and pending summary charges, especially if you rent more than one at a time. The bill/receipt will not let you see which scooter the charges are for making it hard to interpret or dispute if you feel they over-charged you.
3 stars: Kept charging me even after I stopped riding and locked the scooter. Charged my card again unathorized to keep billing me. Be aware and use a legitimate company if possible.
