3 stars: Cannot get any information as to where my tickets are. Have been communicating for several days with Seat Geek and just getting a run around. And my concert is 4 days away.
5 stars: Even though prices shot up for tickets for sporting Events after Covid. Seat geek gave a price around the normal price for great seats. No one else on line came close! Seat geek didn't stop there. As I was waiting to find out if our schedules cleared. Seat Geek kept me updated on the ticket status. After I purchased it was very smooth. Signed up with the app from the email sent to me and could view my tickets instantly!
5 stars: I love this site and now app! I have been able to purchase Beyonce tickets in the past from Seat Geek (my husband purchased for a surprise) but that is how I was introduced to this site. I have since purchased Philadelphia Eagles tickets multiple times and never have any problems. I love the e-ticket that I can scan and walk right in!
4 stars: 4 stars only because you dont receive your tickets on purchase. You have to wait until close to GameDay. So it would be 5 stars but the agony of spending 1000$+ for 4 tickets and waiting until you finally get them is stressful. But i got them and seatgeek is legit.
3 stars: So far so good... Ordered 4 tix for Cardinals at Rams set for Oct 3. Tix (barcode) were on my phone an hour or so later. Note: Tix were ordered through Seat Geek email, not the app. Installed the app afterwards to view tix. I was concerned...
