4 stars: I mostly had a positive experience with this app. There is a variety of quality hotels at affordable prices. There are also many promotions, and discounts accumulate as you book the rooms often. I had negative experience too. I noticed that there are times when the app intentionally shows you more expensive room and flight options. You buy it, and then several hours later you see a cheaper one again. I got in this trap with buying tickets.
4 stars: Good app. Good deals. Clean interface. Somewhat confusing at first because of so many different things you can do. There are a ton of services offered here.
3 stars: Super easy to use but lots of tricky no refund tickets. Never refunded me for covid flight losses or responded to repeated attempts to contact them.
5 stars: Its easy to use and understand. Cheap flights and you can earn points that can make your travel more meaningful. Its like hitting two birds in one stone. And most of all, i find it very friendly. I just hope that they will give an option of bank transfer for the people like me who don't have any card. We find a hard time to buy ticket like this.

4 stars: Great app and great deals .however after spending thousands on hotels over past month im surprised I haven't got more savings. Coukd have more incentives by offering a night for free....
