4 stars: It actually works great but you'll need to allow most permissions from other *(maybe)* Google LLC apps and other default apps on Android phones could interfere. 3 stars: Would be great, but stops after 10-15 minutes of running. I've checked the apps that run this and found that the apps themselves are up to date and run smoothly...except for the text-to-speech functions which come from this app. I switched over one of my apps to the Samsung text-to-speech and it runs perfectly fine though. So I have to give a lower score because it doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
