5 stars: I've been using Tokopedia since 2014 and never stopped using it ever since. Found so many helpful stuffs here from kitchen kit, groceries, tinkering tools, electronics, cosmetics, toiletries, jewelries, train tickets, mobile phone bills and fashion. I'm now a platinum member, I get lots of free regular delivery and cannot be any happier to be Tokopedia's user. Thank you Tokped for making my life so much easier.
4 stars: Personally, I think Tokopedia better stick to simpler and organized UI. Too much banners nowadays. It's bit unfortunate since modern, simple, and organized UI/UX is one of your strength point of your app....
5 stars: I shop 99,9 % on tokopedia, been randomly shop on other platforms, finally found that tokopedia is the most reliable to shop with, they handle complain fast \u0026 fair, refund also done instantly, no hassle at all, customer service too has done very good jobs and I am very happy with tokopedia, very recommended to shop with tokopedia.
3 stars: too much commercials and a bit a confusing navigation between interfaces. the app starts randomly on different pages, so often you not see messages or orders. the app was better in the past and worsened with the last updates.
3 stars: I like how there are so many discounts but I'm struggling to find the language settings. Please add it on the app for the next update so I can toggle to another language
