3 stars: Wow! Fantastic app! I had one issue with it's design and let the people at keepsafe know and they immediately replied, thanked me and said it would be fixed by the next update. They really listen to their customers! Edit: It's been months and still hasn't been fixed.
3 stars: Some weeks back I received notification not to delete app or I would lose stuff (I use Android). There has been one update since in May but it mentions nothing about the problem. I have no clue if it's safe to delete. Have received no confirmation problem was fixed.
4 stars: As other users, had this app for years and suddenly stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled it several times but now it just feeezes and takes forever to access the pics. I have a Samsung phone so I wonder if it only happens with this phone brand. *Update. I reached out to the support team and not only they got back to me but also updated the app and now is working as great as before!
4 stars: The only gripe I have is that I wish files could be sorted by certain traits, for example, by name. I also wish you could stack folder together to allow for better organization.
