3 stars: I like the app but the sleep tracking is not that accurate. One time my entire sleep at night, it recorded only 42 minutes and the rest goes to nap record. The whole 6 hours. It also didn't track the nap after 17:00 hour. Sometimes I am trying to take a nsp at 18:00 or 19:00.
4 stars: For me this app and accompanying watches are well on the way to best in class for value and performance. Everything works \
5 stars: I am happy with the app, I do wish that I could manually input Muscle and fat percentages instead of needing to have a compatible scale. Otherwise for me it's been quite the pleasant experience, also switching to a new phone was rather seamless. I have noticed that when I get a phone call the zepp app puts my phone in do not disturb mode and sometimes my phone gets stuck in this mode post phonecall.
5 stars: Every data poin has its place. Nothing is lost in translation. The watch took the data this app shows it. Yet it does not just give you a bunch of raw data. It makes it easy to read complex groupings of that data. It tells you what every point is and what it means to you and your health. Much easier to work with than some other apps that we all know. That are really just social media platforms dressed up like a health tracking app.
