3 stars: I guess it is great when it works. I loaded the basket and was about to check out when it turned to a screen with a message that the app is experiencing high traffic. Said it would refresh every 60 seconds until resolved. It is 1 AM PST, folks. I don't believe you have high traffic at this point. Went to Ulta, found the same products, purchased, lived happily ever after, and Sephora app still hasn't refreshed yet. How's business?
4 stars: Super easy to use. Fast and convenient. Removed a star because I submitted a customer service request using the app and never heard back; only issue I've encountered. Other than that, Love it.
5 stars: This app work well, rarely has issues, doesn't delete your shopping basket. Easy to navigate. Checkout is fast. Only issue I have is the shade finder for foundations doesn't work well.
5 stars: Love it. Always get samples and earn points on purchases which makes it so much more worthwhile. And if course it's sephora so they have everything.
