4 stars: Over-all, the platform is great. A little difficult to get in touch with customer service and there are still some drivers/riders with less than tolerable attitudes but it's the responsibility of us clients to report them.
5 stars: Very convenient in my part since I am so lazy going out and with the current situation right now I'd rather have my goods to be delivered than me going out. They also provide me a lot of coupons monthly. It is also a savings for me.
5 stars: Very good service. The drivers are all very professional. Rates are also very reasonable. Brilliant app with brilliant service! But the GPS is not accurate. It keeps showing that the driver is 1-2 mins nearby the pick up point but the driver is actually 30 mins away. Please fix this..
4 stars: I hope you can lower the minimum amount for wallet top-up, as low as 50 pesos. I don't want to put 300 pesos in the wallet, only to use 100 pesos. I don't even use Lalamove every day so it's nonsense for me to load up 300 pesos. I have a tight budget too, and keeping unused money in the wallet is not what I want to do.
