4 stars: The workouts are great. The meditation is a nice change of pace to my day. The meals are great. The only reason its not 5 stars is because I wish I could design my meal plan around a budget. Its very expensive to buy everything. And some ingredients are very hard to find.
5 stars: Great app, love the self guided and guided work outs. I don't follow the calendar as I can't customise it to my personal needs and some of the work out suggestions doesn't fit me. But overall great. Having troubles to run the app on my Ipad. Can I run the app from 1 account on 2 devices? Not at the same time but when I'm out I use phone and at my gym Ipad. Please let me know. 🤟🏻
5 stars: Absolutely love it, was in desperate need of consistency in training at home. Gives you the ability to follow daily plans with food, or curate you own workout by swapping around workouts. Currently doing the centr 6 workout before work in the morning, and the beginner centr unleashed with my mother in the evening. Both love it. Top marks.
5 stars: Excellent fitness/personal development app! It has numerous valuable information on diets, lifetsyle, recipes and many more! The app is simple to use. I do have a few feedback: * Servings - Does one serving equate to one portion per meal? *Dark Mode - Is there any chance that the app could be optimised with the phone's dark mode? Otherwise this is an ex app!
