5 stars: Works great. I ported an existing phone number, so I had a really easy transition. I have had to contact customer service once in the two years I have used Sideline, and they were accessible, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommend.
4 stars: The only problem i have ever had is the same pl trouble im still having which is the delay in conversations. Its a pretty significant delay between me talking and them hearing me. I can actually hear myself again whe they are hearing it. It often makes me cut off or intertupt a customer.
3 stars: I like this app except that I am not receiving notifications from group texts unless I open the app have contacted you about this problem many times and no solution please send update out to fix issue.
5 stars: I've had sideline for a couple of years and I love it. Although it's no longer free, it's worth the nominal fee. Something went wrong with my payment and suddenly I was getting non stop spam. This app helps with that.
4 stars: Works well for keeping business and pleasure sperate. I like that it supports wifi calling for when I have no cell signal I can still make a call. Inexpensive alternative to a landline.
3 stars: I been having sideline for years now and all of sudden something is going wrong with the alerts when someone calls or text.. 🤷🏾\u200d♂️
