4 stars: This is great app and perfectly build. I have few suggestions that might make it more helpful if it would have sessions on distractions or like controlling bad habbits like watching po*n stuff n else than it can help more people.anyways it is perfect app
5 stars: Its been excellent so far. Not invasive, but still gives me incentive to go back to it. I like the way things are paced, and i've surprisingly really enjoyed the journaling feature (something I was pretty sure I was going to use exactly zero times unless forced). All in all just a calm space that i can go to once or twice a day to reflect and try to better myself a bit. Easily recommended.
5 stars: Impressive, clarifying and insightful. This app is beautifully designed (not just visually, but also from a user design perspective). It's easy, small little tasks that are done in 2/3 minutes and give you a bit more insight or help you when your head is racing because of... F.e. stress. Give it a try. It's quite unbelievable it's free. I would love to pay a one time sum of money / small donation to use it!
5 stars: This is a great app! I would like to suggest to add a rescue session for overthinking, inner critic, and intrusive thoughts. Also, I hope you can add more subsessions for each rescue sessions so when the same feeling arrives again, there's a new advice to listen to.
