4 stars: Decent, easy to use. Can be a little pricey but I think that had a lot to do with the times you travel and the area you're in.

5 stars: I tried to use the app. Had 2 drivers cancel on me. Tried to cancel the order because I found another taxi but I get charged £5 anyway because it didn't register I wanted to stop looking. Not driver's fault. Just poor software.

3 stars: The app constantly crashes when I try to order a taxi, and after the initial crash - it crashes every time in the initial load screen. Restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache and storage - didn't work. fixed 2 days later...
