4 stars: The App has a good platform set up but I will like the opportunity to choose which navigation system oi want to use when using it as a driver. If the app freezes it become difficult to use get the rider information to get to the rider. The rider omplians. Please give the option because the navigation systems work well at different places
5 stars: I have only one negative experience since using this app. I requested a ride, and I have two different cards attached to my Lyft account. I was charged on both cards for the same amount of the ride, when I notified Lyft, I was reimbursed almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this app to my friends and family. Kudos for your immediate response.
5 stars: Great app. Quick pleasant service and you know ahead of time how long a wait, what make, model, color and license plate of the vehicle that is picking you up. You even get the drivers phone# to contact them. Lyft runs a lot of special pricing too. Pricing is competitive and usually less than Uber. I highly recommend them.
4 stars: Great app, but it would be nice to see all the cars available in your area so I would know if scheduling a ride was even worth it. It's a bit aggravating not knowing when my ride will show up. I will give 5 stars if this is fixed. Great job overall.
