3 stars: Have not used the app yet so cannot rate. Former drive now customer loved drive now amazing service. Tried to sign up in February 😔 tried again in July 😑 trying maybe someone else😤 😒 how could you not see this coming. How come we cannot contact except through an appstore. This is crazy when you sit down and think. Contacted in less than 24 hours to have account migrated.
5 stars: Excellent option for commuting in Copenhagen. Electric cars at a few meters away, some offer child seats, and you are allowed to park almost everywhere. The cars are easy to operate (even for me, I had never driven automatic until now). We don't have a car and usually commute by bike, so this service suits us perfectly. 3 stars: App looks and feels fine, but the service is terrible with outages and errors every week (such as being unable to start our end trip, search for cars...) Fix your servers!!
5 stars: problems since last update. cant start app anymore! already tried to clear the cache, but still not working... now i switched to a previous version (from january 14th, v4.9.1), which works pretty good on my device! (s10+). (problem fixed! app works perfectly with v4.12.1!)
3 stars: The drive now app was so much better, with all the functionalities. Please go back to that and i'll be happy again. I wish they would also allow prepaid packages again, that really made the whole ride sharing idea nicer. Thanks....
