5 stars: I like the convenience. Very useful when everything was closed due to pandemic situation while still having to mandatory travel. I just wish you had an actual support team in case of emergency, at the moment you didn't and I hadto talk to someone!
3 stars: Great app, but WHY cannot the app SAVE our added discount cards into any trips BY DEFAULT? Every time I open app now, I have to add a card in again! Also, favourite trips not storing ADDED CARDS! ??
5 stars: absolutely brilliant app n so much cheaper buying your tickets this way my most recent tickets were Carlisle/Blackpool return up to 5 days as i was working over there n ive had them as cheap as £13 n never payed over £25.
5 stars: Only issue is that it will only cover the cost into a main line London station you have to get subsequent travel card or ticket seperately
5 stars: Great app. Nothing to worry about! Trainline has got you covered. Travelling by train isn't one of my strongest suits. I've recently began travelling much more and this app is the perfect app. I love the layout of the app, as everything is effortlessly displayed and not hidden. Very clear and efficient. Love the live journey tracker and the fact that you can view your purchased tickets without internet connection.
5 stars: This is a brilliant application not once has it let me down. I have always been able to send emails to the staff and they have always answered my emails. Am able to get refunds with only a few clicks....
